| Saepenon: (sigh-pay-non) The words Saepe-non are latin for "often" and "not". Hence our catch phrase "Often not what you expect from a web comic." At first the goal was to provide a web comic that was new, edgy and unexpected. Of course as time went on the goal became more to simply update... As you can see in this picture the artist and writer is in fact a geek. But lets not hold that against her aye? |

| As for the little creature that we use for our mascot here's a short explanation of it: It is a combination of a Springhare, that makes up the face and body, a Forest Musk Deer/ Chinese Water Deer, thats where the tusk/teeth come from, a Four-horned Antelope, the two front horns, and finally a Mouglon/ common Mountain Sheep, the rear horns. |
